Meet Our Summer Intern, Taylor Goode

It’s all hands on deck this summer at Flea Style. With our Summit just six weeks away and our online shop launching, we’re busy making things happen. And we really couldn’t do it without our lovely new intern, Taylor Goode! She’s whip smart and cute as a bug. Think she looks familiar? She’s also Kristy‘s sister.

Here’s a little bit about our latest addition.

Full name: Taylor Jo Goode

Age: 18

A little bit about yourself: I’m a firm believer in kindness and eating a pint of ice cream without regret.

School: Abilene Christian University

Area of study: Business management and marketing

What you want to be when you grow up: I hope to be the owner of my own bakery someday. That is the dream!

Why you’re excited to work with Flea Style: Flea Style has so many neat aspects that many businesses don’t have. The creativity and passion here are always flowing, and I absolutely love that! It’s also very cool to work alongside my sister, Kristy.

Favorite outfit: A loose tee and cut-off shorts. I also never take off my Birkenstocks. My tan lines say so.

Favorite band/s: It’s hard to pick, but Mumford & Sons and Kings of Leon will always have my heart.

Favorite food: Ice cream (see above).

Hobbies: Baking and binge watching New Girl.

Current obsession: Chip and Joanna Gaines from Magnolia Market/HGTV’s Fixer Upper. They’re so fun! I love them!

Wake-up time: Whenever the alarm goes off.

Bedtime: College has taught me the importance of a good sleep schedule, but it has also taught me that doesn’t exist in college!

Coffee or tea: Coconut Madagascar tea from Tea2Go

Pandora or Spotify: Spotify (I get the college discount).

Netflix or Amazon Prime: Netflix, but I do watch my fair share of YouTube vids.

Facebook or Instagram: Instagram

Favorite motto/quote: His grace carried me here, and by His grace I will carry on.

Something only your bestie knows about you: What I look like after pulling two all-nighters in a row on finals week.
