When away from her software marketing director day job, Taylor Custer Crosby is stringing beads or twisting metal for her home-based jewelry business known for its subtle bohemian flair. The Southern Methodist University grad uses gemstones, tassels, sterling silver and other eye-catching materials to handcraft her popular line of necklaces and earrings. “I’m inspired by the beauty of natural stones,” says the Dallas native. “I like to make jewelry that’s on-trend but classic.” Describe your company in three words: Classic. Colorful. Handmade. Favorite motto: “Wear a smile and you’re ready for anything.” Coffee or tea? I drink green tea everyday; I just got back from Japan and love their varieties!
