Hurricane Harvey’s devastation is simply heart breaking. We are especially sensitive to this storm given we have a show in Houston and ties to so many makers and small businesses scattered around the city and South Texas.
We checked in with all of them and from those we’ve heard back from all are safe. That said, several lost so much including their storefronts and merchandise that they worked so hard to make or collect.
It’s moving to see all of the aid and assistance in the affected areas. So many of our vendors are leading efforts from spreading the word about causes in need to donating profits from their products.
We wanted to share some of these beautiful efforts with you in hopes that you will help support people in need.
