Meet the Makers: A Color Story

Life without color is like life sans puppies or margaritas. Give us all the juicy hues!

That’s why we love these three vendors in our store. They don’t shy away from vivid, rich colors that turn tees, denim jackets and hand-cut leather earrings into pieces of mouth-watering eye candy. Get to know this trio of small businesses that make us smile with joy.

A little about us: Hi, we’re Ryan and Kathryn Hager! Ramble & Company is a family lifestyle brand creating simple, timeless, quality apparel. Each piece is hand-printed in our brick and mortar studio located in Wichita Falls, Texas. To compliment our brand of apparel, we have a store filled with artisan locally made goods as well as carefully curated brands.

What’s your favorite thing about being a small business owner? The freedom to have my own schedule, work from home, spend time with my kids and go on vacation without asking. We work a ton right now, but at least we have the choice.

Hopes for your business? Growth. We’re excited to start scaling and offering our tees at wholesale.

A little about us: Hi, I’m Merrill Wood! My small business started with encouragement from some of my best friends after I made them some leather earrings for Christmas. I had always wanted to find a creative outlet and I soon discovered that making jewelry was my therapy. Our genuine leather earrings are all made in my home in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Hopes for your business in the next three years? I hope in the next three years that M Wood Designs is more than just leather earrings, and hopefully a platform for women to feel and be themselves and find their creative outlet

Beach or mountains? Mountains for sure!
