PLEASE NOTE: Flea Style is not responsible for allowing exhibitor’s guests free entry during show hours.  Same goes for booth helpers if they arrive after 8:00 a.m. Saturday!  Pre-sale tickets are available at www.shopfleastyle.com if you’d like to purchase your guests’ tickets for quicker entry.  We recommend buying pre-sale tickets to skip the line.

 

SET UP INFO:

FRIDAY APRIL 6th

Booth set up is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Dallas Market Hall’s North Hall; come when you like during that window but set up must be complete by 5 p.m. Booths will be marked inside the show the day of setup, no earlier.  We will also provide a booth layout via email (provided in application) the Monday before the show.

*We will provide loading, unloading and parking details closer to the show.

Flea Style is entitled to re-sell spaces not claimed by 3 p.m. Friday and payments will be forfeited. Mobile vendors must be parked inside Friday morning by 8:00 a.m. for inspection. If this timing doesn’t work for you, please let us know at emily@fleastyle.com.

Vendors that have requested tables/chairs will find them at their booth.

Regardless of the booth’s back material, you cannot damage the surface with nails, screws, etc.  Please use a heavy tape or get creative with hanging, etc. Any damage occurred by vendors during the show will be held responsible.

 

SHOW:

FRIDAY & SATURDAY APRIL 6th & 7th

 

Vendors must be at their booth starting at 5pm Friday April 6th and 8 a.m. Saturday   April 7th and keep booths open during all show hours (Friday 5 p.m.- 9 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.).  There will be no early packing during the show hours unless by permission.

Do not load materials the morning of the show on Saturday.  There is no parking up front as shoppers start lining up early.  You are welcome to decorate your booth the morning of the show but all materials must be inside the building already.

During Friday set up there is no food in the building so pack meals accordingly. If you’ve ordered and paid for lunch during Saturday’s show, it will be available for pickup as of 11:30 a.m. at the giveaway table area.

Booth breakdown is from 5-8 p.m. Saturday.  If you’ve rented chair/s and/or table/s from us, you must bring them to the designated area marked “TABLES AND CHAIRS RETURN” after the event otherwise there will be a $10 fee. All booths and materials must be off premises by 8 p.m.  There is a $50 fee for booths not off premises by 8 p.m.  You may move your car closer to the building for breakdown. Please reference contract for detailed breakdown information.

 

BOOTH INFO

Booths are 10 x 10 feet unless you have purchased additional space. Please see Terms & Conditions on the application for detailed info.

Each booth has a back structure (either a building wall, fence or manmade wood structure) with a minimum six-foot height.  Sides of booths are simply taped off.  It’s up to each vendor to create side barriers if desired.  Booth walls cannot be taller than eight feet tall.

Vendors must bring their own materials – tables, screens, racks, shelves, etc. – to create side barriers, displays, etc.

All vendors must bring their own bags/boxes for merchandise purchased by shoppers; Flea Style doesn’t provide such materials.

Flea Style is not responsible or liable for the loss of or damage to exhibitor’s property from theft, disappearances, or damages by fire, water, accident or any other cause.

There is overhead lighting inside the building. If you’ve rented electricity you’re welcome to bring additional lighting as desired. Please bring a surge protector if you use an outlet.

No heaters are allowed inside the building.  They will trip our electrical breakers and are against code.

 

SHOW INFO

Flea Style’s Dallas Market Hall venue does have Wi-Fi service.

There will be an ATM on site for vendors that prefer accepting cash.

To cancel a booth reservation, we must receive a written cancellation notice via email to emily@fleastyle.com at least 15 business days before the show or else the booth and any rental fees are forfeited. All cancellations are subject to a $40 nonrefundable administrative fee in addition to the original $20 application fee.

Exhibitors must provide their own credit card services if they intend to take credit cards.  Flea Style does not provide such services.

Exhibitor is responsible for the payment of any damage charges assessed by Market Hall for accidental damage caused by exhibitor or for failure to observe the rules and regulations for the construction and operations of his/her booth.

There will be a security guard on site from 5 p.m. Friday April 6th until 5 p.m. on Saturday April 7th.

Flea Style has insurance to cover the event, but exhibitors are responsible for personal insurance if desired.

Exhibitors are responsible for calculating and reporting all applicable sales tax for merchandise sold at Flea Style.
