Heirloom Haul Assistant General Manager

(part-time position available)

Location: Frisco, TX

We’re looking for a part-time assistant manager to support our amazing Heirloom Haul general manager and team! Applicants must be hard-working, self-motivated, and an excellent team player. Must be able to work weekends.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year in the restaurant¬†business
  • Valid Food Handlers Management and TABC¬†certifications required (by job start date).

Job description:

Oversees all aspects of the business from ensuring proper inventory levels and managing employees to customer relations and administrative and maintenance functions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Communicate directly with the team to execute business properly

  • Manage and carry out expectations of employees

  • Consistently hold up brand standards

  • Ensure guests are properly greeted and taken care of

  • Expo food and have extensive knowledge of our menu

  • Manage timeliness in the kitchen

  • Fulfill orders and needs for front of house and back of house

  • Problem solving

  • Assessing and improving profitability

  • Liaising with guests, employees, supplies, and sales representatives

  • Ability to cook food on occasion

  • Light housekeeping, when necessary
