Schedule a virtual reservation and one of our stylists will contact you via phone or screen to create the hat of your dreams. Our virtual appointment stylists are located inside our store hat bars to offer customers a realistic experience of actually being in a brick-and-mortar location.
From helping customers find their perfect hat and size to showcasing our thousands of accessories options, they'll walk people through every step of the fun process.
After the virtual session ends, we will ship the hat within 2-3 business days once full payment has processed for the custom hat build. Hats typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.
