Flea Style, LLC has full discretion to create attendees' Summit schedules. No requests or changes can be made by attendees.
No credits or refunds will be given for ticket refund requests received less than 14 days prior to the event. To receive a ticket refund prior to the 14-day refund cutoff date, written notification by attendee must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be received by the attendee 7-10 days after approved requests are received. There is a $50 cancellation administrative fee. Flea Style, LLC cannot honor requests for credits or refunds received after the event.
Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Flea Style, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from and against any and all losses, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, costs, damages, claims (actual or alleged) and expenses resulting from claims for bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of or incidental to or in any way resulting from the acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise of the attendee at the event during its term.
If the site for Flea Style Summit is destroyed or damaged to the extent that performance of this contract is prevented by any circumstances reasonably beyond Flea Style, LLC’s control, including act of God, fire, flood, civil unrest, threat of war, terrorist activity, or any other emergency or disaster, neither attendee nor Flea Style, LLC shall lose rights under the ticket purchase contract. Upon cessation of such force majeure condition, Flea Style, LLC shall reschedule Flea Style Summit and provide as much advanced notice as possible to attendees. In the event Flea Style Summit cannot be rescheduled due to a force majeure condition, refunds will not be provided.
