Reservation Fee: Please note that your reservation cost does not go toward the purchase of your hat or additional accessories.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 48+ hours before your appointment for a full refund.
Cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and receive store credit.
No refunds for no-show appointments.
Guest count adjustments allowed up to 48 hours before your event.
A cancellation or reschedule link will be sent to you after booking, making it easy to manage your reservation.
Orders over $100 ship free *exclusions apply $10 standard shipping on orders under $100. $20 flat shipping rate on all hats per each hat, except virtual hat styling appointments. $20 flat shipping rate on all boots per pair of boots.
