DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Items ship out five to seven business days after purchase.
Flea Style uses USPS Priority Mail or UPS for standard shipping.
Flea Style is not responsible for lost packages, but we will do our best to help find missing items.
STANDARD SHIPPING RATES
Orders over $100 ship free
$10 standard shipping on orders under $100
$20 flat shipping rate per wool or straw hat, except those created during a virtual hat-styling appointment
Discounts cannot be combined with free shipping.

RETURN POLICY
Flea Style accepts returns of in-store purchases for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Custom hats, custom art, gift cards, vintage items, boots, discounted items, and sale items are not returnable.
HAT EXCHANGES
Before exchanging a hat due to sizing issues, try to adjust the hat for the correct fit.
Please watch our sizing tutorial video for more information on easily sizing your hat.
Please doublecheck the following to ensure you qualify for an exchange:
- Hat is in new, resellable condition (no makeup or debris marks).
- Hat is in its original packaging.
- Return is shipped within 14 days of the original delivery date.
If your hat has been steamed or altered from its original shape, your hat is not eligible for a return or exchange.
BOOT RETURN POLICY
All boot purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any boots.
Please ensure you thoroughly check the size, fit, and style before purchasing.
Our staff and customer service team are available to assist should you have questions or concerns before completing your boot purchase.
RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES
In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit to a store within 14 days of purchase. Find a store near you to confirm business hours.
Merchandise purchased at our stores cannot be returned via mail.
RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders can be returned via mail or to a store. If you prefer to return your item(s) in-store, go to the nearest Flea Style location.
Online orders must be returned to our shipping department within 14 business days from when the package was marked as delivered by the carrier.
Online returns are processed in the form of online store credit only.
We do not provide return shipping labels.
If you want to return items purchased online and are unable to return items to one of our stores, we deduct a $10 restocking fee from your store credit.
