Shipping and returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:
Items ship out between 5-7 business days after purchase. Flea Style's standard shipping is priority mail via USPS or UPS, but you may choose USPS first class mail at checkout if the item is less than 1lb.
Flea Style is not responsible for lost packages but will do its best to help find missing packages.

Orders over $95 ship free

$10 standard shipping on orders under $95
$20 flat shipping rate on all hats, except virtual hat styling appointments
Discounts cannot be combined with free shipping.

RETURN POLICY
Flea Style accepts returns of in store purchases the form of store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Custom hats, trucker hats, custom art, gift cards, vintage items, vintage + new boots, discounted items and sale items are FINAL SALE.

HAT EXCHANGE INFO
Before exchanging a hat due to sizing issues, please make sure to adjust the hat for correct fit.  Please visit our sizing tutorial video for more information to easily size your hat.

Please double check the following to ensure you qualify for an exchange: 
Hat is in new, resell-able condition (no make-up or debris marks)
Original packaging is used for the return 
Return is shipped within 14 days of the delivery date 
If your hat has been steamed or altered from its original shape, your hat is non-returnable.

BOOT RETURN POLICY
All boot purchases are FINAL SALE.
 We do not accept returns or exchanges on any boots bought in-store or online. Please ensure you are thoroughly checking the size, fit, and style before making your purchase. Our staff and customer service team are available to assist should you have any questions or concerns before completing your purchase. ​

RETURNING IN STORE PURCHASES 
In-store purchases may only be returned to a store location within 14 days of purchase. Locate a store near you to confirm business hours. Returns are processed as exchanges or in-store credit only. Please note: Merchandise purchased at our stores cannot be returned via mail or to our warehouse. 

HOW TO SHIP BACK ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders can be returned via mail or in-store. If you prefer to return your item(s) in-store, you can  find the nearest store location here. Online orders must be returned to our shipping department within 14 business days from when package was marked as delivered from carrier. Online returns are processed in the form of online store credit only. We do not provide return shipping labels in your package. If you want to return an online order item(s) and are unable to return the item(s) to one of our store locations, you will incur a $10 restocking fee deducted from your store credit. To request a shipping label, please email customerservice@fleastyle.com. Please include your shipping/order number in the subject line of your email to customerservice@fleastyle.com and we will follow up within 2-3 business days.
